Reasons why your EMI card is blocked -
- EMI bounces due to insufficient funds in the borrower’s account. In this case your card will get unlocked within 70 days when the payment is received in the account. The payment can be made via the Customer portal (Experia), Bajaj Finserv App, website or by simply walking-in to any of our branches.
- ECS mandate is either incomplete/ mismatching ECS details / is not received. To resolve this you have to submit the New ECS Mandate at your nearest branch or you can pay the Advance EMI before the 22nd of each month. On implementation of which your EMI card will be blocked within 45 days of the EMI payment received.
- When your CIBIL score drops below 750 or if you have uncleared/ unpaid bills. Make sure to regularly monitor your CIBIL report available online. When the score gets to 750 or above you can email the lender a copy at the mentioned email address for further consideration and processing.
